Guidelines:

Contact us by email and/or phone to schedule your Virtual Consultation

Virtual meeting using Zoom or FaceTime platforms

Prior to Virtual meeting (minimum 3 days prior) the following information forwarded to Alexander Group consultant for review and meeting preparation:

Your wish list

Top 3 priorities (must haves)

Interior & Exterior Photos of home

Video clips of home

House Location Survey plan (plat)

Pictures of design style you like and would like to incorporate into your project

Anything else you deem useful to communicate your goals/preferences to TAG consultant

Virtual Meeting:

• Plan on between 60 to 90 minutes for the meeting.
• After our virtual greetings we’ll dive right into your project goals and priorities.
• You’ll educate us about exactly what you’d like to accomplish and we’ll discuss the important components of your project.
• We’ll discuss possible design alternatives that could be explored to accomplish your project
• We’ll discuss an overall project timeline and special factors that may affect your project
• We’ll discuss a general rough budget for your project
• We’ll discuss what next steps would be should you decide to move forward with Alexander Group
• Meeting adjourns
